Update of the ACOSS Emergency Relief Handbook
ACOSS has completed the project to update the Emergency Relief (ER) Handbook, which was last updated in 2003 (3rd edition). The Handbook provides information on the quality and content of ER services, the needs and rights of clients, and the causes of poverty. It is designed as standard information from which ER agencies can develop their policies, programs and service delivery. The fourth edition of the Handbook is available here.
If you would like more information about the Handbook, please contact ACOSS on (02) 9310 6200 or email info@acoss.org.au.
Requests for a hard copy of the Handbook can be made by emailing erp@fahcsia.gov.au.
