This info session, co-hosted by Economic Justice Australia and Australian Council of Social Service (ACOSS), is for people on JobSeeker Payment (or applying for JobSeeker Payment) to learn more about interacting with Centrelink and MyGov. Social security lawyers will be available to answer questions that can be submitted beforehand, or asked on the day.
There will also be information about the Raise The Rate campaign, the campaign to ensure that JobSeeker does not return to the old brutal rate of $40 a day (before the Coronavirus Supplement was introduced), and how to get involved.
